Spring sure does look good on our newly renovated campus!
The outdoor spaces for our Primary program are coming along beautifully. The landscaping is complete and the play structure has been installed. It’s ready for our three to five year old children to play and explore beginning this summer! Check out this cool series of progression photos as this project went from blan to beautiful!
The finishing touches are being put on the indoor spaces. Our 2,300 sq. ft. second story library is coming along beautifully.
The multi-purpose space on the third story Adoolescent level will serve many purposes. It will serve as a lunch room, a young adult library, a learning space, a kitchenette, and an indoor archery range. This 2,500 sq. ft. space will be in almost constant use!
Speaking of spaces on our third story, check out this incredible science room for our Adolescent Program!
We couldn’t be more thrilled about how beautifully the renovation is turning out!
The courtyard on the south side of the three story building has recently been completed. This shared courtyard will serve three Primary classrooms on the south side of the building. We’re so pleased with how bright and colorful the area outside of our classroom windows now looks!
Progress continues on the three story renovation. On the third floor, the ceiling and walls have been painted, and the first of the flooring has been laid. The new classrooms and spaces are taking shape beautifully.
The courtyard between the three story building and the one story buildings has recently been refreshed. This area has always been difficult to keep looking good because of it’s location on the north side of the three story building. Direct sunlight is rare in this area so grass has always failed to grow. The solution was to lay synthetic grass in the entire courtyard. The wrought iron fence down the middle will separate outdoor areas for the Primary and Elementary programs. We’re so pleased with how bright and colorful the area outside of our classroom windows now looks!
Landscaping is coming along beautifully on the exterior of the building! We have a welcoming new entry plaza, 69 new trees, hundreds of perennial plants and eight new colorful shade sails. The new flag pole is in and students are raising the flag each day. It is so exciting to see the daily progress.
Plumbing, Wiring and HVAC have been run throughout the Three-Story building. All walls and doors have been framed and new windows have been installed. This last week, insulation was installed and sheetrock was hung. Check out the exciting progression in the photos below!
The concrete portions of three story building are currently being painted to match the concrete sections of the Silverada One-Story building. This will add a cohesive feel to the campus and tie our two buildings together visually. Between the recently installed new windows and the fresh paint, the façade of our Three-Story building is beginning to have an updated feel and look!
Exciting progress is being made on the three-story building. We are thrilled to share that every window in the building is being replaced by an energy efficient top sliding window that will simultaneously provide abundant light, insulation and ventilation.
